Chakra Cleansing and Balancing: Feeling low energy? Stuck? Experiencing pain on physical, emotional, spiritual or mental level? Your chakras may be blocked and this treatment will help release and unblock old/negative energies within your Seven Primary Chakras.
Basic Introduction to Chakras: You will have the opportunity to learn more about the seven primary chakras and how to apply them to yourself. I will provide Guided meditation for you to focus on cleansing and balancing your chakras toward the end of the workshop.

Reiki Level I: In this 6 hour class, you will learn about Reiki and the history when it first created, Self Treatments, Using Power Symbol, 7 Main Chakras, Hand positions, Attunement for Level One Reiki, Activation of the 21-day Chakra cleanse which increases awareness, raising energies in mental, emotional, physical and spiritual bodies.
